Personal information resides in a secure database within the Amazon Cloud Environment. We have implemented numerous precautions to safeguard this data as it does contain personally identifiable information. In addition to automated vulnerability scanning tools, our security staff manually reviews the scans daily.

The information that is provided for all the SBA certifications will be kept strictly confidential and is only available to SBA personnel on a need-to-know basis. These individuals include the WOSB Business Office personnel, helpdesk support, and the system data architect. Your records may also be reviewed by individuals in the SBA Office of General Counsel should there be a protest initiated from a contract you have won based on your WOSB status.
