The SBA has authorized the use of digital icons for certified firms in SBA’s Federal Contracting/Business Development Programs to better promote their certification status. Relevant information regarding the digital icons will be included in a firm's approval letter.
Firms may only use the digital icons while they maintain their certification. Firms may use the digital icons on their business’ website, business cards, social media profiles, and in your capability statements and proposal bids. However, they MAY NOT use the digital icon to express or imply endorsement of any goods, services, entities, or individuals. Thus, they may not be used on a company’s letterhead, marketing materials or advertising, whether paid or Public Service Announcement (PSA), traditional or digital.
Please contact your assigned SBA District Office at Small Business Administration (sba.gov) if you have any questions. Firms no longer certified in SBA’s Government Contracting/ Business Development programs, must discontinue the use of SBA digital Icons.
